Activities for week 7, 3/15 - 3/ 19 - 2010

Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, The glory of friendship is not in the outstretched hand, nor the kindly smile, nor the joy of companionship; it is in the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone else believes in him and is willing to trust him." As you move through school are you earning the trust of your parents? Many of you have earned my trust and I hope you will continue to work hard. Do you understand the things Attitus is trying to instill in Jem and Scout, in To Kill a Mockingbird?

This week you will be taking the CAHSEE Test, and I know you will do well. Make sure you get a good night sleep before the test and have a good breakfast, as well. (15 points extra credit for everyone who passes.)
