This is it! - 6/8 - 6/11 - 2009

In The Muppet Movie they say, "Life's like a movie, write your own ending." As we finish the school year you have a chance to write your own ending. First study hard for your final, that is in your own hands. Your final will be just vocabulary lessons 1 - 20. The parts of your final will be just like the workbook you have used all year: critical reading, sentence completion, and analogies. You will have 200 questions worth 800 points, and you will need a number two pencil. Monday 7:15 am you can take a Idiom Test for extra credit and a Literary Term Test also for extra credit or if you have a zero period you may take one at the beginning of break. Write you own ending to this semester.

Monday 6/8

4th 1/4 - week 15's lessons - 5/11 - 5/15 - 2009

I am a little upset with last week's response to extra credit. Many of you should have taken advantage of the opportunities. Time is running out and last week most of you said that you were not satisfied with your grade, so you should have done something about it. Remember, Yoda said, "There is no try in do." This week you have only one thing you can do for extra credit. You need to copy and paste last week's message from the blog and the bottom table from Aeries of your grade, both on the same page, and have your parents write a short note of what they think of your grade this semester. They need to both print their names and sign it as well. This is due before the warning bell in class Tuesday 5/12.
There are no exceptions to the directions.
