As we finish the First Quarter most of you have done a nice job. So, finish this quarter strong understanding this truth: spectacular achievement comes from unspectacular preparation. There are no standing ovations for studying or doing homework, just self-respect, and higher scores. Activities for week six 10/8 - 10/12 - 2012

Have you known people who should have risen to the top but didn't? They had all the talent they should ever need, but they still didn't succeed. Philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "Talent for talent's sake is a bauble and a show. Talent working with joy in the cause of universal truth lifts the possessor to a new power as a benefactor." I hope you are enjoying our class and are working to fully develop yourself to be your best and help our world to be its best as well.
