Activites for week eight 10/25 - 10/29 - 2010

Discipline means doing what you have to do when you need to do it, whether you want to or not. Self-discipline - the only kind that lasts - is action oriented. It doesn't procrastinate, and it doesn't makes excuses. "Setting a goal is not the main thing," said Tom Landry, who is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. "It's deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan. The key is discipline." As we move to the end of the first quarter I hope you are disciplined and have your notebook current, all your vocabulary cards, and are caught up with your reading. Let's keep working together to tap into all you can be. I have seen good things from you and I hope to see much more. Please check our past blogs and see if there is something you can still do to earn points, that also includes S.S.R. Reading points.
