As we start a new year decide your purpose, set your goals. You need to do this - not your parents, not your friends, and not me. This is your 2009. Remember if you do the things you need to do, when you need to do them, someday you can do the things you want to do, when you want to do them!

Jim Tressel, the Ohio State football coach says, "The first step in creating an improved future is developing the ability to envision it.

.Vision will ignite the fire of passion, which fuels our commitment to
do whatever it takes to achieve excellence.

.Vision allows us to transform dreams of greatness into reality of
achievement through human action.

.Vision has no boundaries and knows no limits. Our vision is what
we become in life."
